These Terms of Use govern your use of Keepwell, provided by Lugosoft Inc. By using Keepwell, you agree to these Terms.
Keepwell is a personal relationship notebook that helps you save memories, preferences, reminders, gift ideas, and other details about the people in your life.
Keepwell Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription that provides access to additional Keepwell features.
Keepwell Plus is available through monthly and yearly subscription plans. The price and duration shown in the app are the prices applicable to your purchase and may vary by country or currency.
If a free trial is offered, the subscription will automatically renew at the displayed price after the trial ends unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
After purchase, your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account will be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. If you cancel, you can continue using Keepwell Plus until the end of the current subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Payments and refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
You can restore eligible purchases using the “Restore purchases” option in Keepwell. Restoring purchases does not create a new charge.
You retain ownership of the information and content you add to Keepwell.
Keepwell stores relationship information and memories locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups or exports of your data.
You agree not to use Keepwell unlawfully, abuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.
